Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Release Gate Kit (“the Product”), a downloadable set of Agent Skills files, sold by YAN XIONG, an individual sole proprietor based in China (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@factppt.com.

1. Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Creem (creem.io). Creem handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoices, order-related customer service, and refunds. When you buy, you buy from Creem, and Creem's terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction.

2. The Product

The Product is a digital download (a ZIP archive of Markdown instructions, scripts, and configuration templates) for use with AI coding agents you already have. It does not include any AI model, hosted service, or account. Delivery is a download link shown after checkout and sent by email.

3. Licence

On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use and modify the Product in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, and to commit it into project repositories and CI pipelines. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish to a marketplace or registry, or redistribute the Product or substantial parts of it as a standalone product, whether free or paid. Each person who directly uses the Product needs a licence. Code and reports generated in your projects by following the skills are yours. Full text: LICENSE.md in the download.

4. Updates

Version 1.x updates are provided free through your original download link or by email. We may discontinue the Product; this does not affect files you have already downloaded.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Creem.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Product only on software you own or are authorised to test. Do not use it to probe, load-test, or scan third-party systems without permission.

7. No warranty

The Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Automated checks cannot find every defect; you remain responsible for your release decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Trademarks

Claude, Cursor, Codex, GitHub, Playwright and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Release Gate Kit is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in effect at your purchase applies to that purchase. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where required.
