This policy explains how YAN XIONG (“we”), the seller of Release Gate Kit, handles personal data. Contact: support@factppt.com.

1. Payments are handled by Creem

Checkout is provided by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and tax information under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.

2. What we receive

• From Creem, for each order: your name, email address, country, order ID, product, and amount. We use this to deliver the Product, provide support, send update notices for products you bought, and handle refunds.
• If you email us: your email address and the content of your message.

3. This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security for a limited time.

4. The Product itself

Release Gate Kit runs entirely on your machine or CI. It does not send data to us and contains no telemetry.

5. Legal basis, sharing and retention

We process order data to fulfil our contract with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data or share it except with Creem, our email and hosting providers, or where required by law. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support emails for up to 3 years.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing support@factppt.com. For payment data, you can also contact Creem directly. Data may be processed outside your country, including in China and the EU.
